The bad: Cone is not even close to being centered about 2mm off-center. Glue is intact and I hope it doesn't affect sound or overall longevity.

The great: Unit arrived 2days before est delivery date, 3 day free shipping is nice.

For a 500w-ish sub I'm not overly concerned with the cone alignment but we shall see once it's installed.

Bumps on a budget

If you're looking for a nonexpensive,well built sub for your build the search is over. Everything on this sub is a great value for the price. The sub hits hard and low like it should. I have it on a Rockford T-500BD and it's handling it fantastically. Very impressed with my first, and definitely not last NVX purchase.
