Replaced 2-12" sub box

Replaced 2-12" sub box and unbelievable the bass from this little 10" sub. Gently pushing with a Smart 2.5k Amp tuned with JL TWK. The entire trunk is empty now and very satisfied with the quality. (hid the amps, processors and lithium battery in the sub-trunk cooled by a custom cover with 3 fans for cooling). 😎 Very satisfied with the customer care and quick replacement due to delivery damaged sub with bent magnet making a rattle sound from rough handling👌. Originally bought on eBay and didn't install for 9 months before I saw the damage. I was very sure I wouldn't be happy stepping down from two Titanium 12" sealed subs, but I was wrong. The placement of the enclosure is key to the strong bass response and it won't get any better than this. The NVX sub will bottom out with the smart 2.5k SD Amp and may replace with a larger sub - inverted. The formed fiberglass enclosure seems sturdy enough. Overall a very good upgrade that can't be beat!

Sub was sent broken

Sub was tested with other amp and did the same thing it sounds awful over a certain volume and I think it would actually be a beast other than the fact that it sounds like paper plates clapping together customer support has solved issue

Shockingly good

After visiting my shop to inquire about adding some bass, and getting a really high quote for a custom box, sub and install, I decided to look online. I stumbled on this system from NVX and figured why not try to do it myself. Well, I did and I am sooooo glad I made that choice. I buy a lot online -- I mean appliances, clothes, everything -- I never thought about buying a sub system online and doing the install myself, but I found the videos, and discussion boards filled with tips so it wasn't bad at all. After a half day for me (sorry I am slow), I am here to say that my Tesla M3 never sounded so good as it does now. The sub is crisp, the box looks like it fits right into the Tesla production line and I have the extra bass that was really missing.

Amazing thunderous bass for my Tesla Model 3

The box was a seamless install and the bass was Amazing when paired with the rest of the Kit , the 500 watt NVX D block micro amp, 2 channel line out converter/crossover with signal booster and wiring kit (everything have to be tuned). I also added insulation to the box for deeper bass. It actually hits so hard I have to turn everything down. Total cost was like 700 for everything after working with NVX customer support to get the rest of the kit. They were real cool about it and gave me some discounts. I did have an issue with the bow retaining bolt and had to replace it with something better.
