hooking up the wires was pretty frustrating. The speaker comes with sllen wrenches to hook the wires up with. unfortunately getting to the screws was very complicated due to the lip of the enclosure is blocking access. 1/8 turns at a time. other than that the speaker itself is satisfactory for the price. Doesn't have any thump but definitely added a little but if bass sound to kia factory head unit. I won't buy another enclosure like this but will buy other NVX products in the future

First time buying a powered sub. After extensive research using ChatGPT for what I was looking for specifically for my vehicle, this speaker checked all of my boxes. I am very satisfied with this product. I also purchased the wiring kit which definitely helped with the installation.

Just got this installed and beyond impressed at the sound quality. The person that installed this was even impressed.

I had high expectations based on the reviews. It hits decent for the low power amp that comes with it. I would say its kid friendly but not for someone that really wants a hard hitting setup. If it came with maybe 500 watts of power it would probably be much better sounding. I had it in my 2018 tacoma but swapped it for something more powerful and ended up putting this in my wife’s Kia sorento.
