Custom Fit 350W RMS Single 10" Loaded BOOST Sealed Enclosure - 2008-2014 Subaru WRX Hatchback - BE-SUBWRX-GGR

No instructions. No install video. Called for tech support. They said an install guy would call back. He never did. The equipment is ok for what you pay for it and the speaker box fits pretty good for a 2008 subaru hatchback.

8/10 fit for the WRX Hatchback.
Pros: Great job to the design team as it fits all the curves of the interior panels with minimal gap. Carpet is clean and thick enough fiberglass to feel sturdy. Most importantly, still allows access to spare tire when fixed to the body.
Pre-installed subwoofer is decent. Looking to upgrade
Cons: Bottom is not completely flat, so theres a little wobble - could be intentional? Mounting holes are a little close(only on one side) theres a lot of torque on the fixed points. Won't survive an accident
Customer service was ***extremely disappointing. Package does not come with installtion instructions, and I needed to upgrade amp and subwoofer. I called 7 times and emailed 5 times over the course of two weeks for information - I even told a few of them that I was ready to drop $1000 in upgrades if they could provide suggestions.
Each service rep. told me the exact same thing, "the information will be emailed to you in 48 hours"
The email I finally received described my issue as "a bummer". Not sure whats going on with their team as no once explained. I tried to be patient and understanding even on the 7th phone call
