One of the two positive battery terminals broke off as I was tightening the terminal

One of the two positive battery terminals broke off as I was tightening the terminal. Out of frustration, I bypassed the relay completely and have had no issues with my starter battery.

Poor company policies.

I ordered 2 of these, the first installed ok, the second busted open when I lightly tightened the fastener. I asked for a replacement for the faulty one and I had to pay return shipping. Send me a faulty product AND make me pay return shipping? Won't be doing further business with NVX.
