Despite their small size, these speakers are pretty damn awesome. I originally bought the V series 4 in coaxials, but I didn't do any measuring beforehand and realized that the V series had far too much mounting depth. After measuring I realized that the N series was almost the exact same depth as the space available. It was a tight fit, but fit perfectly. I have them mounted in a Hino 258 on foam speaker baffles. Powered by a Kenwood DMX 47 head unit with the high pass frequency set at 250 HZ with a 18 DB roll off. 250 Hertz is Way High, but the dashboard configuration combined with the foam speaker baffles prevent the speaker from getting any lower than 250 anyway. In a proper enclosure, these speakers are guaranteed to do better than 250 Hertz.

These speakers make excellent mid-range and high range drivers. In my truck I combined these speakers with a 10-in subwoofer, also nvx, in a small 1.2 cubic foot box, also nvx, for a pretty amazing sound system for a tow truck.

LOVE the sound of these little guys

I used four of these 4" coaxials in my DIY made boombox. I use a tuned port for more bass. It is AMAZING how clean and LOW these little 4" coaxials will go. You can hear bass guitars low E string notes perfectly. They sound amazing. The best part about NVX is that use a REAL crossovers for their pure silk dome tweeters. Most coaxials sound sizzly, tinny, and shrilly with WAY too much treble biasing. These are made correctly as are their 6.5" and their 6x9's (which I have too). The only other coaxials that come close to the fidelity is CT-Sounds. Their 6x9's are the best out there...which also use crossover and pure silk dome tweeters. Well done NVX...very happy with your products.

Excellent Replacement Speakers for my BMW 7 series.

These speakers worked sensationally in the Bimmer. Better than the Bavsound!
