Really impressed with the sound and quality of this speaker

I was looking for a budget subwoofer and was reading up on the NVX brand.Seemed to be lots of good things about them. Figured id give them a try. For a 10 in a truck box it really sounds good.I'm definitely impressed.It's loud and clear. Sounds good in a regular cab truck.

Couldn't be happier

I installed this in a Bbox sealed box with the NVX VAD10001 amp in a Rav4. I got both voice coils wired and parallel so the amp is seeing a 2 ohm load, so the amp is capable of giving it 700 Watts. Got the gain at about half, crossover set to 120 hz, no bass boost.

This thing absolutely POUNDS. I'm blown away by the performance I can get out of a relatively inexpensive 10-in subwoofer in a sealed box powered by a relatively inexpensive amplifier.

Kendrick Lamar's "Squabble Up" had my mirror pointing straight down within seconds!
