I used this to sound dampen structures inside my Klipsch Forte speakers. Applied it judiciously to woofer support structures and to the rear of the plastic horns. Great result and easy to do

I ordered these sheets specifically to cover my exposed tailgate of my Jeep jk to prevent rattling from my subs, when I got them I then realized they were folded twice and were all wrinkled up. I ended up working around the wrinkles by cutting them off. Doesn’t look great but looks ok. Ended up using the rest in the floorboards. For the price I would recommend using something different, if Kilmat would come in black I would’ve used it but it doesn’t. I used kilmat throughout the rest of my Jeep and seems to work good for a third of the price of this, their product also comes in smaller sheets and aren’t all scratched up and wrinkled which won’t matter if you’re putting it under carpet. I did reach out to nvs and they ended up sending me 10% back but still not worth the price difference to me.

I bought this after using the chrome version of this. I liked that it was black and had a better look than the chrome one. Even do it says its the same thickness as the chrome one it feels thinner but the same thickness as the stinger roadkill. I did find that it was easier to work with than the other nvx version and stinger. It is still a good value and has hold up since 2017 in the Northern California weather. If I had too choose between the nvx chrome one and this black version I would go for this one if looks was a concern other wise the chrome version is a better value.
