Seems to built nice and sounds great!The carpet is thin though

The enclosure is well made, but the carpet, not so much. It is aesthetically pleasing, but the pile will begin to break down immediately upon exposure to any type of friction. But no one shopping in this budget range gives a crap about carpet. It is true 3/4 in MDF, built solid AF. With a VSW104V2 installed, on a NBA201 it sounds fantastic. I would say it's tuning is somewhere around 42 hertz, a bit high for my taste. Overall excellent box.

- 1 star because I received an obvious previously sold item. No product packaging or documentation. Shipped in a box that was way to big with no padding inside. Corners of the enclosure have impact damage. There should have been an open box discount or scratch and dent discount. The enclosure is still intact so I'll keep it......this time.

With all that being said, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this item to everyone. I would certainly buy a NEW one again. You simply can't match NVX on a Dollar per unit of performance basis.

This is a solid box. It really is 0.75 throughout. Very well constructed. Very rare find to get just over a net cubic foot for a prefab box in this price range. Im giving it a 4/5 because it was tuned way too high for my taste. Its tuned to around 44/45 hz. Luckily the Port width is 1.5 so I was able to tune it with a 2x4. See pic. It sounds fantastic.
